Overall I am happy with it. I would like more options for utility use coins and make it a bit more obvious on how to buy and sell easily. Took me a bit to figure out but, I think it's a good app.

The app isn't working since a week and ndax team nowhere to be found. 5 emails. 3 chats, no answer, and of course they don't use phone number. This app is like a scam, they welcome you put the money and when it's time to pull and app doesn't work you are screwed you are on your own

Always seem to have a problem signing in when the markets are pumping, and you want to sell. But not to worry because when the market reverses and the price drops, you can sign in no problem, keep that in mind before you invest on this platform. UPDATE Not to worry as I said it's been an hour the markets are pulling back, so you will be able to log in when the profits are almost gone. They always send out a BS email about maintenance, and sorry for the inconvenience. Lol CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE

I like the exchange, but your choices are so limited :(😞 No Kaspa, No ZRO all the undervalue coins are missing here. Solano, Ethereum, XRP, XMR ... they all are good but they already did 50x or 100x 1000x We want to make money bro, not collect souvenirs.

App has issues loading during peak trading times. Seems like a bandwidth problem or overcapacity issue. This is a critical function because now I cannot trade. Imagine if the market is soaring, and you cannot sell or if it is declining so fast and you cannot sell. App is good when it works. Also, this app has updates to it almost weekly. May pull out my money.

As a user of BITNET, I recognize the progress made by Canadian exchanges. While it is possible to transfer assets to these platforms, it is worth noting that, in terms of pricing, accuracy, and safety, BITNET currently maintains a competitive edge over other options, including NDAX. My recent price comparison indicated that NDAX's offerings were not as competitive as those found on BITNET.
