We have a RV and three dogs live in Cocoa Beach FL travel all around but lots of trips between the Florida Keys and Florida springs. We were in Marathon key left the RV plugged in went on train ride to pigeon key and just arrive the Recto unit sent me a message saying lost power. I turned around and the time I returned to the RV the temp onside was mid 90s I started the RV and cooled the dogs down. We could have lost our pups if it wasn't for this unit we had just bought. Is works

Not impressed that I spent over $200 on this thing to monitor my house temperature for my dogs and the app doesn't even work to let you register the device. I guess I'll be going with another brand.
