I'm so grateful to be a part of the Needham Bank. The ladies in Dover are absolutely amazing Deb and Jenny are just so good to me. And I can't leave out the Medfield center branch I don't know them as well as Dover, but they are absolutely amazing

This app sucks for deposits. Try and take a picture of the check, and it works 1 out of 10 times. So if you have time to waste or have a photo studio with perfect lighting this app is for you! Wrote this review years ago. Same problem.... other banks I do not have ANY issues with mobile deposit. IT IS A NEEDHAM BANK ISSUE.

The UI for managing credit cards is abysmal. Using Firefox on a Linux laptop, the credit card screens are unusable.

The camera is really bad. The auto-photo often takes dozens of tries, and the manual camera doesn't even work.
