I mean the app is okay, but it doesn't show the correct dates when I withdraw money out from the bank but other than that it keeps me updated it doesn't tell me anything no like when I do withdraw money it doesn't show art text me or anything to let me know I took with you this much amount and all this but other than that the app is okay, but I have to always keep checking because it doesn't alert me when money comes out

I need to change my review to 2 stars. The ppl at Hometown Bank are still wonderful but the app doesn't allow for checking deposit any longer, it was always difficult, now it's AI has gone haywire. Not great for someone who is home bound...

After reopening my account I was unable to get my information, I talked with someone on the phone about this, and they said that everything should be fine, and I would have access as soon as it was reopened but so far I'm getting the same "could not find account information" message.
