Highly Unsafe App! Deducted money without my consent! Horrible experience. I deposited 400 ILS, and Neema automatically deducted 200 ILS from my wallet and sent it to a third party without my permission. Customer service (Ella) shamelessly said the sender claimed it was a mistake from last week, so they reversed it. Neema is a financial app, not a judge! They have NO legal right to touch customer funds without consent. Highly dangerous for caregivers. Hard-earned money is not safe here.

Fraud Reversal Policy! Avoid Neema! Neema app arbitrarily steals money from its customers. They automatically deducted 200 ILS from my friend Raju's wallet without any verification or his consent. This platform is completely illegal and does not protect workers' hard-earned salaries. Everyone should delete this app and rate it 1 star! Unsafe and scam!
