Most of the time the app won't work and the device gets disconnected automatically.

Why is it so bad? It doesn't keep me logged in after a week, and is not password manager friendly. I got more stressed using this app. The whole point is to reduce stress. NewTek, please hire a team of developers to fix this AI coded app. It's not good :(I want to like it. The device is good but app needs work.
