Nephsis: Habit & Focus Alerts

Most reminders wait for you to notice them. Nephsis is a habit and focus alert engine designed for both sides of behavior change: building consistent daily habits and interrupting unconscious autopilot.

Whether you need a contextual cue to hit the gym when you leave work, mindful friction before opening distracting apps, or unpredictable prompts to stay hydrated, Nephsis fires at the exact moment that matters. It delivers intelligent nudges and hardware authority—not hard blocks—with zero ads and 100% offline privacy.

SIX TRIGGER ENGINES
• App Activity: Trigger nudges on app open (instant or delayed), daily open count thresholds, focus relapse (launching distracting apps right after closing focus apps), app exit (instant or delayed), active screen-time limits (single sitting, daily combined, or recurring intervals every X minutes), or when essential apps are left unopened for X days.
• Routines & Schedules: Set recurring day-of-week schedules for daily habits, workouts, and routines, or configure one-time scheduled reminders for specific events and dates.
• Random: Unpredictable prompts within the active hours you choose for hydration, posture checks, stretching, or breaking bad habits.
• Calendar: Timed reminders synchronized directly with your device's calendar events and appointments.
• Timers: Clean countdown timers you can pause, resume, reset, and loop effortlessly.
• Location: Geofence reminders for arriving, leaving, staying inside, or staying outside specific places, with multiple zones per signal.

MULTI-CONDITION SIGNALS
Combine rules instead of duplicating reminders. Remind yourself about your keys only when leaving home after 5 PM. Keep alerts silent when away from the office. Add strict time windows to any app or location signal.

TWO-TAP BLUEPRINTS
Deploy pre-configured signals in seconds:
• Pause Before You Scroll: A moment to reflect before entering your social feeds.
• Mindful Hydration: Spontaneous prompts across your chosen active hours.
• Evening Reset: A daily wind-down reminder played at a gentle volume.
• Gym Drift: A location nudge when you have stayed away from the gym too long.

CUSTOM NOTIFICATIONS YOU CAN'T IGNORE
Build alerts that stand out: custom notification icons, banner images, custom audio, text-to-speech, unique vibration patterns, volume override, flashlight blinking, Do Not Disturb (DND) override, continuous ringing, snooze, and action buttons.

FREE, WITH A ONE-TIME PRO
