If it was possible I'd give them no stars at all! Was never the best app as it was very slow. But the worst thing is a couple of months ago it just stopped working. It's ridiculous that a very rich global company has not fixed the app. I even filed a complaint with their customer service and months later I still haven't had a reply. A very shameful way to treat loyal customers. I now have to use their slow and badly designed website to add my Premix points.

Terrible 🙁 Does not work when using a VPN which is a main security flaw💀. Slow and most of the time unable to connect to Wi-Fi. The app is on top quite heavy for a stupid coffee machine 😵‍💫

Scanning codes leads to an infinite loading screen, app is slow and requires regular logging in, even when you set it to remind me. In essence useless.

We live in Portugal but speak English. There is no option to change the language you prefer. I have a Dolce Gusto Neo and can't use the UK option. I am now considering selling the machine and get a straight forward no-hassle machine that does not need an app to operate.
