Rain Graph when rotating phone always crashes?! All other graphs work fine, only affects the Rain Graph, used to be ok, started happening a couple of months back, fix one of your updates that broke it!

Their servers have been down for almost a week. Now 10-30-2025 and still down and my station doesn't work. Can't find a way to contact them email or text. Just useless help bot. In the meantime my weather station doesn't work and if you buy a new station it won't work either !! Wondering if there still doing business.

So many things do not work as they should ! I have used Netatmo weather station products for more than 6 years. I currently have a main module and two indoor modules, but have previously had an Outdoor module (stopped working after a year) and another indoor module (also stopped working). No matter how hard I try, I can't delete the old modules from the app. And I can't add custom notifications to a given room / module. So many bugs.

I never loved the app, but it used to work reliably. Nowadays, it tells me my weather station is disconnected half the time, though it is reachable with the web ui...
