I can shut off the internet to any device connected but at times youtube still works and if a youtube video is playing when I shut off the device the video will play until the end.

This app works better than the Nighthawk app. I can see what devices are connected to my modem/router and control it from this app.

I think it is a good app but sir please make that WiFi password should be visible

Great app!! I've used this app for 3 + years now and after a storm I can reboot my router by cell app and simply reconnect to our towns Wan. All functions have worked flawlessly for 3 years 8 months. Always been a great app for my work and play. Can see who is on my network which is always secure and run tests by different rooms testing speed to each. Also has Parental settings as well as many others!!Ty Netgear!

Awesome app
★★☆☆☆
Unusable as I have a Netgear Router and an Orbi system. All it sees is the Orbi (in AP mode) and wants me to use the Orbi app. The Orbi app is fine for the Orbi system, but no use for my main router which is in an outside office.

The login doesn't work. Either this app is bad it the router got bricked after a firmware upgrade. The support website of netgear seems quite rude about this.

🚩Keep version 3.1.74 & don't update. Google the 3.1.74 apk to go back. Newer versions drop support for many routers. Nighthawk app doesn't support OpenDNS parental controls (nor our R6400v1). We need to keep using Genie. ⚠️Bug: if 10+ devices are connected the Network Map doesn't work: IP addresses are incorrect, can't rename devices, device type, parental control level, etc. Reduce the # of devices connected down to 9 or fewer & Genie works again. Bug has been around since summer 2018.
