Rename the terminal ID to something I can identify easily, but after don't know when, all disappear! Please fix it and make it more intuitive to identify them as I am a manager overlooking over 100 terminals.

My stall been using since May 2020 without any issue, only recently there's a terminal error, after rectified now another issue surfaces, my QR code when always scan msg ’invalid qr code'. Please help.
