The app was great until the update. Now all the buttons when in picture mode are blocked by my phone's home and back buttons. This makes it almost impossible to take a photo of a check. Please fix!!!

Pershing Updated the app, now my perfectly working phone isn't compatible. Only choice I have is to spend over $1k to get a new phone. So I can mobile deposit my clients checks. Really bad move on their part. Maybe it's time to switch over to fidelity for my clearing needs

Check depoit function crashes quite often or drops the pictures and have to capture them multiple times. Accounts do not synch unless they are in my recent history on my desktop app. Doing any useful business on the mobile app is frustrating and far more time-consuming than it should be.

This app's main benefit to me would be mobile to check deposit, which doesn't work. Ever. Constantly deletes everything regardless of which order you enter information or pictures. Ridiculously frustrating.
