App is to make people fool. It's not at all working. You have to call them multiple times and remind them about the sample test. After doing payment you will not receive your reports on time. Never trust them.

Worst lab I have faced in my life... wrong report and worst customer service. Employees are very rude, and they say the report will be given in 4 hours but provided after 48 hours with the wrong report... doctor started treatment after seeing that report and my condition got worse than the doctor again checked the blood report it was different...I went through the worse mental condition...

Very poor service from Neuberg. They keep calling until you book a test, but once booked, their coordination fails. I scheduled a test for 18th May at 8:00 AM, but at 8:00 AM I got a call saying sample collection would happen after 9:30 AM—this was never informed earlier. I had to leave for office by 9:00 AM, I didn't get a call on 9:30 too, so I missed the test. Because of their poor communication, my treatment got delayed. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Not recommended.
