Very poor service from Neuberg. They keep calling until you book a test, but once booked, their coordination fails. I scheduled a test for 18th May at 8:00 AM, but at 8:00 AM I got a call saying sample collection would happen after 9:30 AM—this was never informed earlier. I had to leave for office by 9:00 AM, I didn't get a call on 9:30 too, so I missed the test. Because of their poor communication, my treatment got delayed. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Not recommended.

I could not download the report esily.in spite of my request to send lab reports by sms.it is not done. Very bad experience to me.

My experience with you is TERRIBLE to say the least. Even after several follow up with you. I am yet to get my Xray report. My Xray was taken on 19th April 2026. The Xray department said they will be uploading the report in 1 hr. It is nearly 72 hrs. Please refund my money for the SHODDY response with no report. I have been with Anand for over 25 years. Surprised by this response. I knew a very efficient Anand Diagnostic not the Neuberg.
