★★☆☆☆ This company is pretty much a scam. When I signed up, they were operating in email mode. Basically they email you every day. My subscription is for three months, yet I only received month of emails, not to mention that it didn't work for me. Now they switched to app mode and of course the app does not work. Also, their support team seems to use AI or machine responses to emails, which often don't make sense.

★★☆☆☆ Just bought a "personalized plan," and it's really just a platform for basic articles about how to be healthier (the stuff we all already know, like deep breathing, exercise, etc.). Shouldn't need to pay for something this basic...
