Soothfy is an ADHD planner and mental health app built for people whose brains work differently. If anxiety, OCD, PTSD, or panic attacks make daily life harder than it needs to be, you are in the right place.

Most mental health apps were not built for how ADHD and anxious brains actually work. They give you a generic meditation when you are mid panic attack, or a to-do list when executive function has completely shut down. I’m on day five of the 30-day anxiety program, and while it’s still too early to tell if there’s any major improvement, I’m really enjoying the process. I’ve tried other mental health apps before, but I like how Soothfy combines different techniques like meditation, breathing exercises, and even CBT. The design is simple and not too cluttered, which I appreciate. I also like how the activities don’t take up too much time—I can easily fit them into my busy schedule.
