Fixed for Jelly Bean The 1.3 update and the one that followed fixed all of the issues for those running Jelly Bean (e.g., Nexus 7). No more black boxes, and the menu doesn't cut off the bottom of the display. Neuroshima Hex has finally arrived to Jelly Bean, and it's a lot of fun to play. The developer recently released more armies for Android (for the full game). I recommend the paltry $3 upgrade to the full version. Most importantly, SEND AN E-MAIL to the developer telling them how excited you are for online multiplayer, which iOS already has. (Complaining in your reviews will not work. Take the time to send an email.)

Nice demo A great intro to the game. Pausing the game after winning locks up my phone though.
★★☆☆☆
Nexus 7 Great version of the game but completely unplayable as the touch screen options just don't work all the time and I have lost count of the number of times I have had to abandon the game half way through because no touch options seem to work anymore.
★★☆☆☆
Does not work Corner buttons unresponsive in Droid Razr Max HD making game play impossible. Looks fun but I will never know.

Fun game, bad app I love the idea/rules behind this game, but the app is so unreliable it's not worth playing. My new Galaxy S3 lags and crashes, sometimes the buttons don't even work. The text and window pop-ups obscure way too much screen real estate, and the instructions are about half a screen at most of information, but require pages of scrolling because the font is so enormous. With some relatively minor tweaking, this app could be killer. Won't buy till then.
