Story: The Raven

Fly through Edgar Allan Poe's poem as a narrator reads it to you, while each verse comes to life around the raven: snow on a bleak December night, a storm rattling the shutters, a chamber lit by dying embers, and the bust of Pallas just above the door. A dark, atmospheric journey from the first tapping to the cry of "Nevermore". Reach a chapter's score to open the next, play again from any chapter you have opened, and climb Story's own leaderboard. Classic: one long night

Fly through the graveyard, a lamp-lit village, a dead forest and the marsh, in clear skies, drizzle, rain or fog. The longer you fly, the deeper the night: from the last light after sunset, through a midnight that is anything but dreary, to the grey before dawn.

Souls to catch

Soul wisps drift between the pillars, ghosts upon the wing. Grab them in a row to build a chain, chase the shy ones that bolt when you get close, and watch for the rare golden spirit.

Bird or devil? Spend your souls on new ravens, from the Bedsheet Ghost, the Black Cat and the Witch's Raven to the Plague Doctor, the Reaper and Golden Nevermore. Each one flaps with its own sound.
