Really poor. Cant load up new payment details, poor UX design, clear issues with bank integration, poor support. Be careful if like me, you end up stranded and need a charge in the middle of the night and have to rely on this provider. Suggest you have a plan b of just avoid using. Amazed that a 5-star hotel at Cameron House Scotland selected this crowd as a partner....

Can't load my card details for future EV charging. Tried 4 times always the same issue. L OK it with my bank, & then the app promptly forgets it
