★★★★★ This loyalty program is a fraud! I put $20 into my account and I can't buy anything with it on the NYC Ferry because their scanner doesn't work. This happened for 2 days in a row already. Last time, they were missing the scanner and this time the scanner is broken. Update: I got a reply to my email complaint that said that I got refunded $20 buy I'm still going to have the same balance on my New Stand account. They also said to me that their going to make it clear to the people behind the counter that you can use the loyalty program without a scanner.

★★★★★ Love the app but i really wish there was a way to sign out of your account. My wife signed in after I downloaded the app and now there is no way for me to sign her out so I can use my account.

★★☆☆☆ Performance on the app is terrible now. Super slow and freezes a bunch. Takes forever. Please undo the changes implemented before COVID 19. Those new pages' performance is bad.
