★★★★★ Using this to access an older Byronic camera. Setup was easy, including remote access.

★★★★★ I have been using this app for a few years, and it's been great up until the last update, as now it seems to crash for no reason. I'm using a Note 9, so I know it's not a problem with the phone. It would also be good if you could download individual clips to your phone rather than removing the sd card and using laptop.

★★☆☆☆ After latest update, using any feature such as, speak, listen or even reviewing recordings, I get a "Crash" message and then the app crashes. Is there a fix for this??

★★☆☆☆ Same issues as everyone else. It was great for the past year but now crashes when I try to listen. Also, recently noticed camera moving on its own at weird hours. Changed our account password since I am thinking it was hacked...

★★☆☆☆ All my CCTV cameras failed last week. The system has crashed and taken all my cameras offline. Emailed China but got no reply. Disappointing as I've 8 different external cameras linked to it.
