Since the pilot program is over I wish the next update provides a function to transfers funds to other institutions, and I'd really like to save numbers in the top-up section, so I don't have to manually enter it every time all in all the app is a good start in the right direction

The app is pretty good, I can log in without issue and check my balance. But I feel like for the transfer feature, you should have the ability to transfer not only from the transactional account to regular savings but vice versa, it's pretty inconvenient to have money sitting there, and it can't be used without going directly into a branch, As well as having the option to change between methods of receiving notifications when a transaction is done, or being able to have both text and email active

Broken app, non-existent customer support. I’ve been using this app since the pilot phase, but an update completely broke it. It's been THREE entire years since this app worked for me. I’ve done everything to get it resolved—visited the main branch, emailed support, and emailed the developers. Nobody replies, nobody helps, and the blame just gets shifted around. It is 2026, and I cannot even monitor my money. Completely unacceptable. Reliable app access isn't a luxury—it’s basic banking infrast
