This is the best parking app I've ever used! The user interface is simple and intuitive, and the ability to search for parking by price or distance is a great feature. I love that I can pay for parking within the app and never have to worry about carrying cash.

Parking garage I used to commute switched to Mandatory use of the Nexpass app, which charges a "convenience fee" on top of the regular toll. It's not convenience if I am forced into the option, it is extortion. All that extra money better keep the machines running flawlessly or else.

App is terrible. It won't let me log in and the password reset doesn't work. It says my email doesn't exist, but when I try to register again it says the email is in use. Terrible app and 0 customer service.

Terrible and no customer support. Split pay failed, card purchase failed, charged one card only then failed to process, and I had to wait for the $400+ charge to post to cancel by card. And yes they charge a reoccurring convenience fee. Very convenient.
