Contrary to what all the other bad reviews say, this is a very good app and it gets the job done. It's simple and gets straight to the point, as soon as I open it up my schedule for the day shows up and tells me whether I have work or not. I can see my weekly schedule and also see exactly the day and time my co-workers are scheduled to come in so trading shifts is super easy. Sending messages to my co-workers is super easy and work really well as does the group messaging.

Has a feature that allows you to call out of work and leave a note with your reasoning why. When people call out, your store AND OTHER STORES using the NEXT app appear in your notifications. It showcases "Shifts" needed for your store and others allowing additional hours for everyone. Comlany announcements and so much more.....I give this app 10 stars and 1000 out of 100

My job doesn't even use the schedule function because they can't get it to work right. They basically use it as a glorified Discord server and post the printed schedule there. I've always had trouble with the group chat only showing messages up to a certain date and having to wait several minutes for it to show the messages which were posted after that day. Now I can't get it to show messages at all. I had to call my job at 4 in the morning so I would know if I had to work.

This app was working for me for a long time and now it won't even load at all it keeps giving me a server error and I can't even see my schedule at all garbage app if I could give it -5 stars I would 😡
