Seems simple to navigate. I hope that the next couple of updates let you edit employee information and change to a weekly view for scheduling, like the website. However, this app seems ideal for making quick changes to the schedule or contacting employees.

Doesn't ahow me my schedule 99.9% of the time. Constantly have to call/ask my manager when I'm working with negated the whole point of the app. What's the point?

Cannot connect after recent update. Even after a reinstallation. States to use a "stronger signal or Wi-Fi" as all of my other online apps work flawlessly on Wi-Fi and 4G. So it's not the connection. Never had any problems until recent. :/

Works fine normally, but sometimes doesn't show your scheduled shift on the app. I missed a shift at work due to this glitch. This issue should be fixed immediately to avoid this serious of a problem!

When it worked, it worked fine. For the past month though it keeps giving me the message "Schedule Unavailable" despite me being able to see it in a web browser. I've tried sending messages for support, but it seems no one is handling it. I used the app because it was convenient, but with the issues it currently has I cannot recommend it.
