I really like the app. It allows me to see which providers are available to schedule a virtual appt. It also allows me to skip the appt and get medications sent to my pharmacy. I can also see the wait times of nearby clinics and their proximity to my location. You can also chat or call and speak directly to someone if you have any questions. A concern that I have is that they don't always have providers available virtually, like DOD. It's not an issue with the app, but I would like it addressed.

Great ap to schedule your appointment for an emergency, or you can let them know you want to do a walk in and if you're a prime member you don't have to wait they take you right on back to be seen and get you in and out The Baytown location is the best to me as it's the closest one to my home, and you don't have to pay for your lab work or x-rays and can get referrals for their doctors at no charge They have an awesome staff on hand that are very nice and caring with your needs I'll give a 5 ⭐

The phone message tells you to schedule an appointment online for COVID-19 testing. When you go online to schedule the appointment, it asks you to log in. Yet, there is no option to create an account.

Get in line Waste of time did it and got there for a 2 1/2 hr wait so what was the point what down the street to excel urgent care 40 min she was in will a doctor

Total waste of time !!! Filled out all requested information. I even uploaded pictures of my insurance card; but when I got there they said I had to take pictures of my info and email it to them. App indicated I was 6th in line. Went straight to the clinic. There was ONLY 2 people ahead of me when I arrived. They kept taking walk-ins while I sat for 2 hours. Then they said the soonest I could get in was 6:30. I'm deleting this worthless app.

The app does not have COVID test results, although you are told to download the app to check results
