Does not have my trip info. Does not have my transfer info...keeps asking me to book the transfers that have already been paid for and included in my vacation package.

Trying to check in for a Sunning transfer, when I click on Transfers it brings up the Nexus webpage. When I click on Checking on the webpage it brings me back to the app in an endless loop.

Was told multiple times throughout my booking documents that I would need the app to present a QR code for the airport transfer shuttle. Not only did the QR code fail to appear in the app both times (it constantly said "not available"), all I had to do was walk up to the Nexus Tours rep and give my last name. No QR code or double-checking required. The shuttle showed up and took us to and from the hotel. That's all I can say. Company itself was fine, but this was a completely pointless app.
