Too slow Mirrors the speed of the desk top site. Too slow, frustrating to wait for pages to load. Very disappointing for a modern website and mobile app.

Registry doesn't work Tried scanning and entering product #s, couldn't find the items. Couldn't even search for items. Associates asked us a few times if we needed help, but they had no idea how to use the app. They wouldn't even look at it. App needs work and associates should be trained on how to use it.

Click through app Yeah it's an app, but everything takes you to the mobile site. Then the mobile site asks you to download the app. Just go to the website and save storage on your phone. I also find it interesting that most of the high reveiews are nfm employees.
