Keep getting messages to add my covid results thought I have already done so but don't know if it has been recorded or not I have phoned in the results I have done everything I think possible but not sure if it worked.

I was given a code to enter and 3 times I have tried, but it does not give the option to enter a code also it won't allow me to put the actual dates the symptoms started or the actual date I did the covid test, very annoying.
