Pathetic cheap app .trying to log in forgot mpin .after generating new mpin it first asks for old mpin .idiots if I knew my old mpin why would I generate q new one ? Worst ever

Open the app, asks for re registration. All done, used the existing mpin, says "Account is blocked". The website doesn't work either, constantly time out error. How is one supposed to bank?
