I got this little thermal printer at a very good price and needed the app to make it work. It's a good app it's fairly easy to use let's meet design my labels however I want. Worth my time definitely.

Bought NIIMBOT printer last year, have been using NIIMBOT app for labels & QR code creation. Looking for additional templates, I ALMOST installed this IIM app, very glad I read reviews first. Based on the MANY NEGATIVE reviews, it appears there are FAR TOO MANY PROBLEMS with this IIM app. I WILL NOT install an app that has this many problems. I refuse to waste time experimenting with garbage apps. Will just continue using original NIIMBOT app. It's sufficient for my modest needs.

OK, but the label printer doesn't support anything other than Android and Windows. Downloading the Windows version is apparently impossible right now due to some odd combination of access rights? Odd. Also, I don't really need a 'social media' app for labels, I just wanted a printing app for printing. This is overly complex. If there's an error somewhere, the app occasionally switches to Chinese error messages, which are (of course) rather useless to people who can't read Chinese.
