We love the app, and the synchronization between the Windows app and the Android app. I created labels on my PC at home, open the Android app, and print them on the go - wirelessly! We love the M3 printer as well, and the labels are water-resistant oil resistant and heat-resistant. Perfect for labeling our bath & body products, and far more than we need for our freeze-dried food products. The only caveat so far is the availability of a large variety of labels for the M3 printer and gold ribbon.

This has to be one of the most infuriating apps to use ever. The amount of bugs is absolutely astonishing. Majority of the time, the app freezes, and you have to close the app completely and open it again, which means the app has to connect to the printer again. Every time you make changes to a label, and you save it, you cannot go back to the main menu to see your other labels so once again, you have to close the app and open it again. You also cannot always save labels in their dedicated folders

July 2026: DO NOT update the app. The most recent five updates -- since early May 2026 -- broke the ability to open locally saved templates without logging in. Niimbot is yet to restore that functionality. I stopped buying new labels for now. April 2026: The Niimbot Android app crashed three times trying to print just two labels. Meanwhile, I've printed dozens of labels with the iPhone Niimbot app with zero glitches. Niimbot gotta do better than this on Android!

Lately the app has been super glitchy. It freezes up, and I have to close it out and reopen. Othertimes it just refuses to do anything at all, and I end up having to have to uninstall and reinstall, losing most recent labels. Super annoying.

Does well but one of the recent updates made it very difficult to edit text. When you need to go back and edit that you typed, it auto selects a group of text and the left and right selectors don't function well, and you end up having to retype everything. Very frustrating especially when trying to just edit a template.
