Never seen such poor service I've sending messages on WhatsApp no response. What's the point of having WhatsApp, yet you don't respond to messages. I HAVE SETTLED MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE Kindly email me the paid up letter!

Not worth the download. No response on chat facility and also doesn't show paid up letter. Also says that I have no settled accounts even though I know I settled an account last year. Would give zero stars if possible

This app is completely useless and so are your call center agents. They pretend as they are helping you whereas they are not playing mind games. I have sent a proof of payment several times, but the balance on the app still shows that I have not paid. No one seems to be willing help. The agents either hang up while you are still relying on your situation or they promise to call you back and then they don’t. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM YOU GUYS!!!
