The patient logs in to the app and initiates a tele-screening request
The patient connects with a NIMHANS screening agent via secure video call

Based on the screening outcome, NIMHANS will:
Advise the patient to visit NIMHANS for further evaluation OR
Provide guidance if an in-person visit is not immediately required.
