It says verification code has been sent, but I have not received any code. Even after trying multiple times it does not send any code, I also installed update but still facing same issue.

This is a scam and have the worst customer service ever. I suppose to have 2 free trips per month as a SAB bank customer. I have used 2 trips in July, and they are blocking me to book trips in August even after July ends. And despite the complaints I have sent via the app, emails and WhatsApp they are not helping. Its very obvious that they are blocking the clients from booking trips by creating issues to minimize the number of trips.
