Android app - The health system of Katsudzo Nishi.
In our application:
- a rule of life; - a detailed description of all 15 exercises to maintain health; - 5 test exercises to test your physical condition; - rules of food and water supply; - the possibility of listening to how to do the exercises; - user-friendly and functional interface.
Each exercise contains a description of the implementation and a detailed drawing. You can use the built-in timer or counter with practice.
Please note that speech function depends on the correct configuration of your phone, and the presence of voice data.
Katsuzō Nishi (西 勝造, にし•かつぞー, Nishi Katsuzō) (1884 – 1959) was the Japanese founder of Nishi Shiki in 1927, who was at that time the chief technical engineer for Japan's first subway project, the Tokyo subway. He was also an aikido teacher.
The health for which Katsuzō Nishi is grateful came by struggle. What he was he owed to his original methods of health building, methods which were a precious outcome of years of careful study of nearly every theory of health and preventative medicine to be found in the world, of endless experimentation, and lastly, of a very critical examination, from the standpoint of modern medical science, of the knowledge so acquired.

Useless app. Exercises don't have proper instructions. Cheaper just jump in to YouTube and get proper instructions for every exercise. Asked for refund. And you have 13 reviews so don't tell me you have many 5 stars...face the truth
