It works okay, a few niggles with it, the main one being that you have to cycle the refresh button a couple of times to see the most up-to-date charge information... I use it on Android, it doesn't allow pairing to my home OHME pro charger, I have an early Leaf Gen 2 which is perfectly fine. The important features work for me, remote climate and current state of charge. As long as those two functions stay I'll be happy.

24/01/25 Grat news, the app is working again, Hooray......17/01/2025 after receiving an Android update that was originally released on 24/12/2024 on my Samsung mobile, I have been unable to log in to the Nissan Connect EV app. I am disappointed, as the app, when working, is really useful. I have emailed Nissan, and am I hoping they can look into this...

Never ever works with new versions of android, every phone update the app stops working, and I lose the connectivity to the car. Sort it out Nissan!

Wow Nissan does not care about it customers at all, discontinuing this app for cars that are only 7 years old at this point. Last Nissan I'll ever buy...

This is my first time owning a Nissan and part of the reason for my purchase was wanting to be able to use the app to do things remotely. It has been three or four weeks now and neither the app nor the web portal seems able to connect to the car. Customer support has not proffered a solution in all that time and just seem to constantly come back to me asking questions about which devices I am using. Deeply disappointed and judging by what others are saying, the app is pretty much useless!
