Super cool UI, very nostalgic. But if it is going to be used as a default ui it needs more customization options and some QOL features like a dark mode and the ability to make widgets and swap them for the picto chat and download play buttons. Also launching games from the games page currently does not work with retroarch, hopefully that will be fixed soon. Otherwise really cool concept pulled off well, I hope its supported into the future.

Really cool theme for those into retro, but there's a minor bug in the main menu where the widget(?) don't work unless you tap on the ds button on the bottom, the rest works smoothly

Fantastic concept, just a little too resource intensive for my phone to use smoothly. I hope this gets optimized a bit, in which case it's going right back on my device as my main launcher. Best of luck dev(s) I hope this gets as popular as it should be! Such an awesome concept!

Needs more quality of life feature such as snap grid, resize to be bigger for icons, home menu not geting added apps remove due default button, faster loading for folder files in the game section, able to make each game section use different folder added, have folder notification to see if only 1 is being use because I can't tell if I'm using more folders or one due to this ui customization, the camera resize image, zoom or fit option, calibration not working well. Request: Custom bgm option

Cool Idea, but it needs LOTS of work. It's not very user-friendly, the navigation is confusing, and you can't really use or do anything without being prompted to pay. Needs to less confusing navigation and basic functions need to be free or no one is going to buy something they can't even try because everything requires the purchase. It does look really cool though, I'll give it that.

NitroDeck is a DS-style Android launcher for users who want a focused, visual, and controller-friendly home screen.

Open installed apps from a fast catalog, search alphabetically, customize app icons with local images, use your own photos on the alternate home surface, and navigate comfortably with touch, keyboard, or gamepad.

NitroDeck includes a classic dual-screen launcher layout, local game library tools for files from folders you choose, optional notification badges, sound and haptic settings, backup export, and controls designed for handheld Android devices.

The app does not include games, ROMs, BIOS files, system software, emulator apps, or official assets. Optional game-related features only open compatible local files through external apps selected by the user. NitroDeck is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any console manufacturer, platform holder, trademark owner, or official product.

Recent changes:
Version 1.1.6: choose drawn names (default) or an always-visible clock and calendar on the DS upper screen. Rename imported games without changing ROM files; names persist after restarting. Newly pinned apps appear first in DSi. Fixed the carousel freezing after moving apps, so you can keep using it without switching modes.
