Hated this app until I finally found the setting to switch to imperial measurements. I know the US is trash for this, but I don't care.

I really like the way this app can link with NIU scooters and provide updated software with customizable setting features. I really wish that there could be an upgrade (update) for adding more new features for customizing the (KQi3MAX) to a higher speed beyond the (38 km) limit. Other than that the only issue I'm having r n with this app is allowing apps to run in backgrounds in the PERMISSION setting that will prevent restrictions.

It's a good app and I like that it shows me my rides and lets me change scooter settings. Here are some changes it needs: - If speed is set to mph, display records in miles and not kilometers. IDK why they didn't think to add miles to the app. - Allow your scooter to automatically connect to Bluetooth, instead of requiring you to go into the app to connect each time. - If Bluetooth is connected, have a setting to automatically GPS track your route instead of it only being manual.

App switches between English and Chinese randomly, almost completely unusable

Worked up until you have to pay for it, now has 0 use, can't even connect ro bike if I'm standing next to it, even my push-bike does that. Also, now can't log in, not English anymore...so...delete?

Niu's support acknowledge the glitch if you restore phone and repair the app with Bluetooth and in the process issue the lock command the scooter will only show a Bluetooth icon like a few days later and completely not respond to keys or Bluetooth to turn the scooter on ! Only way is to unplug everything from the scooter battery I've tested this 3 times, and it always locks or freezes up it in a few days I have not done lock command in over 2 weeks no issue niu air scooter
