Description
Niva Bupa instant sale app is designed and developed exclusively for agents of Niva Bupa Health Insurance to sell insurance policies across all platforms. It is aimed at simplifying the selling experience of its insurance agents with the aid of a streamlined and interactive support system. The agents can use this app to complete the policy sale process including collection of payment from customer via electronic mode. Features: Support on mobile, tablet and desktop with an interactive experience across all platforms. Log in to the system with the same credentials as that of Spectrum login. The product display remains the same as that on the Niva Bupa website. The work basket makes way for draft saved proposal editing, capturing historical data and checking the status of a submitted application. Agent gets the option to make online payment, modes of payment being the same as that on Niva Bupa website. Post the payment submission, policy number is generated and e-kit is sent to both, the customer and the agent. The agent as well the customer are notified via e-mail and SMS.

I feel very much comfortable to log in the business with this app the only thing that is needed to be added is the auto debit facility while logging the new policy in the app so that renewal premium will be automatically debited from the account of customer.

Provide premium calculator Age slab against date of birth. That is only one proposer member who is elder in family. So we can immediately calculate premium. Why do you make be easy. So we can calculate immediately & instantly.

Never buy a policy from Niva Bupa. I had an accident and fractured my hand. Though my policy includes daycare treatment, my claim wasn’t settled. First, they said it was covered, then changed their stance saying OPD consultation isn’t allowed. Very frustrating experience. Please don’t buy their policy.
