Can log in but shows 0 owed and 0 total left on my vehicle, last month it wouldn't let me make a payment through the app because of it. This month it at least let me put my payment in

App is broken can't log in or anything but if you need to make a payment on your car like I had to the website with the same name seems to work

To the Nissan developers of this app!! This app is a massive liability. It frequently fails to register scheduled payments, logs out due to "inactivity" while waiting on chat queues, and throws encryption errors during transactions. When your app malfunctions, it puts customers at risk for late fees or credit impacts, which is completely unfair when we are actively trying to pay. The web portal isn't much better. Nissan needs to completely overhaul the development team handling this app.
