Has a bug and cannot open, ongoing problem

★☆☆☆☆ flox i · Jun 17, 2026

App is broken can't log in or anything but if you need to make a payment on your car like I had to the website with the same name seems to work

★☆☆☆☆ Jen Wonderland · Aug 17, 2026

Up until recently, this app was working, and I could make my payments. Now, however, it won't even let me log in. It just says there has been an error and to try again later. Where and how am I supposed to make my monthly payments?

★★☆☆☆ Debra Plato · Aug 10, 2026

This is what pops up when I try to view payments. Something went wrong with NMAC closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error. Thank you

★☆☆☆☆ Wendy Vermeers · Sep 13, 2026

I regularly have issues with this app. This current update has made it, so I can't log in to make my payment at all. I don't even get into the account. I click Log In, it switches back and forth for a bit, and then gives me an error on the main page that says "we're unable to make your payment". I didn't even make a payment yet! That was just me trying to log in. Then I click OK and it boots me out. Such a pain. I'm gunna try to uninstall and reinstall to see if that fixes it. Come on Nissan!
