Credit Acceptance gave me a loan for a car even though I never used credit for anything before. Yes, the interest is high, but they give me options to pay it off or make larger payments that will lower the interest rate and pay off quicker.

There app, and you have to put you account info in it sp you can pay them. Im sorry but I have an issue with this. It is your app, and you want me to pay you through it, so you should be the ones putting the info in said app. So I call in and make payments. I deleted 5his app because all it did was take up memory in my phone.

I have been a customer since August 2025 and regularly pay my monthly EMI. My car's registration certificate has expired; the local BMV office informed me that they need the vehicle title mailed by Credit Acceptance before they can proceed with the next steps. Over the past 20 days, I have called the Credit Acceptance office three times, but no one has been able to provide a satisfactory answer. I am not receiving any cooperation from them.

Worst finance company ever. They paid to have an engine replaced in a car they financed for me. Then, when that engine was ruined 3 days later because of shoddy workmanship by the mechanic, they refused to help me go after the mechanic to fix the car, so I could continue driving and using it. They still expected me to make payments on the car. I voluntarily let them repo the car. And, they are still expecting me to pay for the vehicle, which they sold to someone else for parts at an auction.

Interest rates are ridiculous. I pay 364 every months only half goes to car payment. I will never finance through this company again.
