Easy to Use and Manage My Account. Simple to set up auto-pay and switch to electronic statements. JD has made it really simple to finance and pay for my new equipment.

Garbage app, garbage customer service. fingerprint never works. All my other apps work fine. Have complained to customer service multiple times. Sat with them for 30 or more minutes, removing app, reinstalling app, change passwords. Nothing works.

Absolute P.O.S. app. Be sure to only login once a month because you will have to reset password every time you need to use it. oh and even though it gives green BS check guess what you Fooked because it will not acknowledge the change, and you still cannot access it. Be sure to not go paperless, apps like this keep the postal service in business.

Half the time it won't open. Also I set up automatic payments, and sometimes they don't go through, and it screws up my account. You can't pay before the due date because that screws everything up too. Awful app and I haven't had good luck with my local JD dealership either for a variety of reasons. This whole experience has been bad.
