Edited review after you did satisfy me earlier. I like the security level of the App. Please include more in app Bank services like New WATOTO ACCOUNT creation button. That can help us set accounts easily for our kids.....hence we support them....even those out of wedlock. ......using just their RITA birth certificates entry number that fetches data automatically about. A child particular and more identity info....... Also let those accounts receive recurring payments from my main account.

Since 1st August by balance reads 0.00 while I had money before, what's the problem?? I went to NMB branch but got no help on it, now I can't do any transactions because the app says I have no money 😭

UPDATE: the NMB app continues to be a problem. Now when you pay for LUKU or send money, no SMS is sent, so you can't copy the transaction details for entry into your own accounting system. The notifications in the app can't be copied, and the app doesn't allow screenshots, so you have to copy everything manually. Virtual cards have no statement. WhatsApp number doesn't answer. WORST MOBILE BANKING EXPERIENCE IN TANZANIA!

I am giving it a one cause 0 ain't an option. See I just created my account with NMB and NMB Moroni app is enabled, updated my PIN, enabled the app via the USSD code, opened the app, chose "Tumid NMB Moroni", agreed to the T&C and so on. Everything went fine till I got to verification either via biometrics or requesting an OTP, facial recognition doesn't work and when I request an OTP the app runs the USSD for NMB services. Since I tried so many times I reached maximum validation limit

I have been trying to sign in this app but keeps telling me that your account is already taken. What should I do? This modern version do not suit clients needs, so please make it suitable for all clients, so we can enjoy your services.
