This app is user friend. It is now great you can have ur receipt with all full names sender and receiver. And addition of others account in the same app is amazing. Keep making it simple and improving performance, security esp people joining via WhatsApp link from internet make it secure to avoid this kind of attack

I commend the change in appearance and speed in the new version. The only setback I've encountered is that: IT GIVES DARK RECEIPTS. This Is a problem when it comes to printing and sharing physical (paper) receipts. Rectify this and you will be the best. It's one of the best banking apps in the country though.

I have tried to register using my Viacom number which is registered for NMB Moroni, but it ends up loading the OTP for several hours with no success😭😭😭😭😭😭 what is wrong?

This is by far the worst application update I’ve experienced. It took me nearly 30 minutes just to locate my account number. The new design is confusing, frustrating, and a complete downgrade in usability. If I could, I’d rate this update 0.5 stars — it delivers a totally poor user experience. 🤮 Better you revert to the 3 month (2025) app version
