★★★★★ The knowledge about arm is good to know. Exercise is quite similar to wii fit arm workout. Worth a try.

★★★★★ Proper Instructions. ...these are the same concepts that the trainer instructed me to do. I like fact that it is simple to navigate and right to the point.

★★☆☆☆ Stupid The program won't let you do the exercise if it thinks you are doing it wrong. The sensors are useless. I'm doing it correctly, but the ap isn't able to tell. HUGE WASTE OF TIME.
