★★★★★ I Love Homemaking · Mar 3, 2023

I always use this different first, especially when reading my Bible or older books. Some words don't mean the same thing anymore. Understanding comes when you have the right definition.

★★★★★ Barrie Brown · Aug 16, 2024

By far the best dictionary, because it has the original meaning of the word and also cites where it is used in the Bible. And there's no nagging ads or subscriptions to pay, unlike the rip-off version the modern webster dictionary.

★★★★★ Ryan Mcguire · Jun 19, 2025

Thankful that this Dictionary is based off the King James 1611 bible for truth

Just downloaded this because the 1828 Webster dictionary website won't load, thinking the app would work. I typed in a word and clicked the magnifying glass and nothing happened. Nothing in the whole app works.

★☆☆☆☆ Jennifer Klick · Jun 20, 2025

I don't like it at all. It is not simplified. One has to spend a lot of unnecessary time searching for definitions of a word when it seems to me that if the application had a search bar where all that you would have to do is begin to type the words and as you are typing in the letters words would begin to appear in anticipation of the word/ words and either type in the rest of the letters to the word and then once the word appears tap on the word for d the definition/'s. Oran's option speak a word

★★☆☆☆ A Google User Me · Nov 28, 2023

Can't see the yellow cursor in the new app. No choice to change its color, and I don't want night mode. No option to have the old look. Found the old version on the internet and reinstalled it.
