Does what it says it does. Easy to navigate and use, and I appreciate that the ads aren't intrusive or obnoxious like most apps nowadays. Doesn't even get in the way. Works pretty fast too :) I agree with the other reviewer, ignore the 1-star reviews from people who are just tech-illiterate. The app works great.

The Google file manager for some reason deleted every.no media files I tried to create EVEN with the 'Show hidden files' setting on not to mention all the steps I had to go through to make a file and for nothing. This app makes it so easy to do all this and the best part: the files are there and it works.

It does nothing. Can see all files in folder with files by google

No media doesn't find the files a regular file explorer does. It found no media at all. Not the first file I have. It's just my humble opinion. But basically it does nothing that the developers claim. Not even find my unhidden videos. Really nice joke on my what it does is scans your phone and takes your data. Because it warns you that it's not for privacy. It isn't for much of anything else really.
