★★★★★ Restaurant amazing, app not so much... Never have had a problem with using the app and ordering until today, and it made it almost impossible to actually place my order and I had to add the same card five times in order to pay. They don't make it easy to find the customizations that I'm used to ordering.
★★★★★ I love it here, I come here at least once a week, the food is reasonably priced and delicious and always fresh, the customer service is great as well, thank you Noodles & Company Lexington Park!
★★★★★ Love the food, the app usually works well and is easy to navigate but lately I haven't been able to use any of my rewards even if I add items individually
★★☆☆☆ I have an account with my Google account and phone number, but they took away both options to sign in. So now I can't make an account cause my phone number is already in the system.
★★☆☆☆ After the main last update to change the reward program, it blows now. Free small meal reward is now more like "we'll give you credit for most of the cost, but we're not actually giving you free anything anymore. Screw you." Same with large. None of it is actually free anymore, which should constitute fraud at some level. Recent update now deleted all of my saved cards to use GPay instead, which is really not appreciated.
★★☆☆☆ Service fee + delivery fee + overpriced pasta? You all greedy AF
