Don't know what's happened since I last used this app, but I've attempted four times now to sign back in with their new password-less system and every single time it does not allow me to place an order. I go to force close the app thinking it might need to be reset, and it makes me sign back in again and does not allow me to place any orders. Uninstalling and might never even eat there again

App never logs in or remembers me. When I log in, my rewards aren't there despite getting the emails for them. When I press the link in the email, it brings me to the app.but no rewards on app and logs me out....seriously this app isn't usable at all. Go to log in for rewards after adding entire order to cart...and after logging in. the cart is empty

Not cool! Forcing customers to download a 3rd party app to access rewards and order online 🙄 We have not had noodles & co since. Looks like I lost my rewards too since the employee could not look it up with my phone number anymore 😒

App does not keep you logged in on the main interface, nor does it give you a point total for rewards when signed in.

CHANGE YOUR RADIO PLAYLIST. I'm TIRED OF BEING STUCK, LISTENING TO THE SAME ANNOYING 90S MUSIC. WHO EVER MADE THIS PLAYLIST MADE THE PLAYLIST TOO SHORT, AND TOO MANT SONGS REPEATE OFTEN. FIRE THAT GUY. AND SCREW YOUR PEANUT Sauté FOR MAKING ME GO INSANE!!!
