★★☆☆☆ POINTS EARNED EXPIRE ! Points should NEVER expire !!!!! There's no incentive to purchase from Noodles if my EARNED points EXPIRE !!!!! Why is it so hard, and take so many steps, just to view the menu ?! That should be the first button anyone sees when using the app ! That would help people decide what to order ! The last pesto cavatapi I had was disappointing, bordering on disgusting ! Did you change the ingredients ?
★★☆☆☆ The food is great but don't use the app! There's no customer service, so heaven forbid there's an issue. I've ordered food before and then get to a store and It's closed during working hours. Couldn't get a refund. And if you apply your points to an order and accidentally close out of the app it'll take all your points and won't give you item you've redeemed. Again NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You can email but they don't respond. I'm about to stop eating here.
