The app will automatically add 20% tip once you hit pay, even after you deselect tip. Happens with Google Pay, not sure about other ways. Very deceptive.

The location that I wanted to pickup was closed due to power issues. But this app still took my order and charged my credit card. In 01/10/2026, I ordered carry-out. The app automatically added 20% tips. After I changed the tips to custom tips, the app still charged me 20% tips.
