Poor Customer Service Experience. It took almost three weeks for me to receive my Nora Care insurance E-card due to the carelessness of the technical team. After receiving the card, I noticed an error and submitted it for correction two weeks ago, but the issue is still not resolved. Insurance is meant to support us during medical emergencies. If they cannot correct a simple mistake on the card in a timely manner, it defeats the purpose and value of having the insurance.

Not even worth one star! Worst app experience ever. Completed the payment, got an error, and the E-card didnโt download. Canโt access it from the app dashboard also. After logging out, itโs asking me to pay again for something I already paid for. Absolutely unacceptable โ pathetic flow, zero data management, and no reliability at all.
