Worst app, when I tried logging in with Nora ID it showed enrollment closed, so I tried with mobile number and e-mail ID and it showed invalid

NORKA Care ഇൻഷുറൻസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എന്റെ അനുഭവം വളരെ നിരാശാജനകമാണ്. ₹13,411 രൂപ അടച്ചിട്ടും payment clarity, proper invoice, transparent communication ഒന്നും ലഭിച്ചില്ല. ആവശ്യമായ എല്ലാ valid documents സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടും 2 മാസത്തിലധികം അനാവശ്യ വൈകിപ്പിക്കൽ നടത്തി. Customer support വളരെ ദുർബലമാണ്; call, email, escalation ഒന്നിനും വ്യക്തമായ മറുപടി ഇല്ല. ഒരു സർക്കാർ പിന്തുണയുള്ള പ്രവാസി പദ്ധതിയിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്ന accountability transparency ഇല്ല. It's a govt supported scam.

Poor Customer Service Experience. It took almost three weeks for me to receive my Nora Care insurance E-card due to the carelessness of the technical team. After receiving the card, I noticed an error and submitted it for correction two weeks ago, but the issue is still not resolved. Insurance is meant to support us during medical emergencies. If they cannot correct a simple mistake on the card in a timely manner, it defeats the purpose and value of having the insurance.
