I wanted to give the app and the company five stars, but I can only give them four because of the attitude and conduct of one of their drivers. I rode with her three times and all three times. She was rude, impatient, and she has a horrible disposition and bedside manner which she blames the app.

This app recently has not worked at all for me, I used the app constantly over 4 times a week, during middle operating hours and I Can never seem to find a ride, instead I'm told to grab a bus 10 hrs later. Bigg mistake having this app. Been left by driver multiple times and was unable to communicate with and services whatsoever. And I've been using this app almost exactly a full year...

There's never any rides that will come pick you up, and when there finally is one, it's a 45-minute wait. And no service on Sunday even though it says there is? What are they point of our tax dollars paying for this when it's not even accessible on days that it really needs to be accessible? I get that it's cheap, but when there are no services being provided, it should be. Really disappointed in what I thought was a great thing for Norman.
